Pumpkin Decorating Contest (PreK - 5th grade) The decorated pumpkin contest will take place on the morning of Thursday, October 29. All students in grades PreK - 5th should bring in a pumpkin that reflects THEIR OWN creativity by 8:00 am. There will be tables for each class outside the students' homerooms. Please make sure students have their names marked clearly on the bottom of the pumpkin. The judges do not want to see the names!!! Pumpkins will be judged in 3 categories - funniest, scariest, and most original. Please keep in mind that the students should decorate the pumpkins, not carve them! Winners will receive 10 extra Take-A-Chance tickets and all students will receive a participation ribbon. All pumpkins must be taken home that afternoon.
