For nearly 65 years, St. Michael Catholic School has empowered its students to learn, serve and lead as disciples of Christ through an education focused on faith, conscience, scholarship, and service. We are grateful for the many parents, grandparents, faculty, parishioners, alumni and friends who make it possible for us to sustain our mission and carry forward the gift of Catholic Education to future generations.
St. Michael Catholic School and the St. Michael Church community have and continue to play a very big role in our family’s life. I am an alumni of St. Michael Catholic School and a parishioner of the Church for just about my entire life, Casey and I were married here, our girls were baptized here and now we are proud parents of three St. Michael students! As products of Catholic education, Casey and I recognize the importance of having our Catholic Faith as an anchor and what it did for our lives as we grew in our faith and education. We are now seeing this as parents of Abbey (Pre-K4), Caroline (4th grade) and Kingsley (5th grade) as they continue to thrive because of the great gift of Catholic education here at St. Michael Catholic School.
I have seen lots of changes through all these years at St. Michael but one thing that has remained
steadfast is an incredible sense of community, fellowship, service and caring that is all anchored by our Catholic Faith. This gift of St. Michael Catholic School education that we have all made the decision to give to our children, provides them the opportunity to become the future servant leaders of our community guided by their Catholic Faith.
The success of our annual fund drive is just another example of what makes our community at St.
Michael so special. In these sometimes difficult times, it is important to remember just how important and wonderful the gift of Catholic education is to our children. Our prayer is that the entire St. Michael community will join us once again and rise to the challenge of making our annual fund drive a continued success and allow our children to continue to learn and thrive at St. Michael Catholic School Anchored in Faith.

Attending Catholic schools allowed Nick and I to grow and develop alongside those that had the same values and beliefs and we knew that we wanted the same for our children too. Our oldest, Maddie, now a sophomore in high school started at SMCS in kindergarten. Knowing only one other friend, she quickly thrived academically, socially and mostly spiritually. When it came time for our twins, Nico and Molly to start school, we had no doubt that St. Michael was the place we wanted our family to continue to put down roots. At 3 years old they where part of the inaugural Pre-K 3 class. Nico and Molly, now 5th graders, continue to grow and develop in the best of hands here at St. Michael. Since 2010, St. Michael has been a big part of our family. The families that we have met here are instilling the same values we want our children to have. These families are forever friends that we treasure with all our hearts and we feel so blessed to be able to give our children the gift of this school and community.
We want that foundation to continue to be strong and successful for all families that make the decision of St. Michael for their family as well. The ongoing support of our entire St. Michael community, past and present, makes extraordinary teaching and learning possible. But most importantly, the support of our community is what makes our school so special.

The faith formation that Georgia and I received from attending Catholic school provided us with
a strong moral compass we have needed in life. Our faith plays a role in everything we do and
every decision we make. Catholic school allowed us to grow and develop in an environment
where the right choices were very evident and taught us that grace was bestowed when
we did not choose wisely.
The relationships we have made over the years at Duchesne, St. Michael and St. Thomas High School enabled us to see, first-hand, what it takes to be a leader and a disciple of Christ. It is truly amazing to see these friends now in the corporate world and in their respective families continue to do God's will by making decisions that improve His work in our lives.
We feel blessed to be able to give the gift of Catholic education at St. Michael to our three children, McKee, Keely and Richard.
